بعد التحميل
  1. شغّل التطبيق — يظهر لك معرّف من تسعة أرقام وكلمة مرور لمرة واحدة، وتبدأ تجربتك المجانية من تلقاء نفسها.
  2. على الجهاز الذي تريد التحكم به: اكتب معرّفه واضغط «اتصال».
  3. على الآيفون: من برنامج ويندوز أنشئ حساب الآيفون (الإعدادات ← الحساب) ثم «رمز QR للدخول من الجوال»، وامسحه من تطبيق الآيفون بالكاميرا أو من ألبوم الصور — يعمل باشتراكك نفسه.
  4. عند الاشتراك: زر «الاشتراك» أعلى البرنامج (وفي أندرويد: الإعدادات ← الاشتراك) ← أدخل مفتاحك (بصيغة UDK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
  5. على أندرويد قد يسألك النظام السماح بالتثبيت من هذا المصدر — هذا طبيعي للتطبيقات المحمّلة من موقع الشركة.
إن ظهرت شاشة زرقاء عند التثبيت على ويندوز

ويندوز يعرض تنبيهاً لكل برنامج جديد لم يُثبّته عدد كبير من المستخدمين بعد — وليس معناه أن البرنامج ضار. اضغط معلومات إضافية ثم تشغيل على أي حال.

يظهر هذا التنبيه مرة واحدة فقط عند التثبيت الأول؛ أما تحديثات التطبيق بعدها فتتم من داخل التطبيق نفسه بلا أي تنبيه.

إن ظهر تحذير Play Protect على أندرويد

جوجل تعرض هذا التحذير لأي تطبيق يُثبَّت من خارج متجرها، وليس معناه أن التطبيق ضار. اضغط المزيد من التفاصيل ثم تثبيت على أي حال.

وإن ظهرت رسالة «التطبيق ليس مثبتاً» على أجهزة سامسونج: افتح متجر Play ← صورتك ← Play Protect ← الإعدادات وأوقف الفحص مؤقتاً، ثبّت التطبيق، ثم أعد تشغيل الفحص.

ومن لديه إصدار أقدم من تطبيق أندرويد: احذفه قبل تثبيت الجديد. مفتاح اشتراكك يبقى صالحاً، تُعيد إدخاله من الإعدادات ← الاشتراك.

After downloading
  1. Launch the app — it shows a nine-digit ID and a one-time password, and your free trial starts by itself.
  2. On the device you want to control: enter its ID and press “Connect”.
  3. On iPhone: in the Windows app create the iPhone account (Settings → Account), then “QR code for phone sign-in”, and scan it from the iPhone app with the camera or from your photo album — it runs on your own subscription.
  4. When you subscribe: the “Subscription” button at the top of the app (on Android: Settings → Subscription) → enter your key (format UDK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
  5. On Android the system may ask you to allow installs from this source — normal for apps downloaded from a company website.
If Windows shows a blue warning screen during install

Windows warns about any new program that few people have installed yet — it does not mean the program is harmful. Click More info, then Run anyway.

This warning appears once, on the first install only; later updates happen inside the app with no warning at all.

If Android shows a Play Protect warning

Google shows this warning for any app installed from outside its store; it does not mean the app is harmful. Tap More details, then Install anyway.

If a Samsung device says “App not installed”, open Play Store → your picture → Play Protect → settings, turn scanning off, install the app, then turn scanning back on.

If you already have an older Android build, uninstall it before installing the new one. Your licence key stays valid — re-enter it from Settings → Subscription.
