١. الخدمة

UniqueDesk برنامج للتحكم بالأجهزة عن بُعد ومشاركة الشاشة، تقدّمه مؤسسة الشبكة الفريدة لتقنية المعلومات بنظام الاشتراك. يشمل الاشتراك التطبيق وخدمة الوسيط (الربط والترحيل) ولوحة إدارة المشتركين.

٢. الاشتراك والمستخدمون

الاشتراك يُحسب بعدد المستخدمين، ولكل مستخدم مفتاح خاص وعدد أجهزة مسموح به يظهر في عقده.
المفتاح شخصي للمستخدم المسمّى؛ مشاركته مع غيره تُعد خروجاً على الشروط ويجوز معها تعليق المفتاح.
عند تجاوز عدد الأجهزة، يُرفض تفعيل جهاز إضافي حتى يُحرّر أحد الأجهزة القائمة أو تُرفع الباقة.

٣. التجربة المجانية

تبدأ التجربة تلقائياً عند أول تشغيل ولمدة مُعلنة في التطبيق، بلا تسجيل ولا بطاقة. بعض المزايا تبقى للمشتركين فقط ويظهر ذلك في التطبيق. ولا تُمنح تجربة ثانية لنفس الجهاز.

تجربة الإطلاق المجانية (منذ ٩ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦)

مدتها ٣٠ يوماً من أول تشغيل، ومتاحة لعدد محدود من الأجهزة (٢٠٠ جهاز) يظهر الباقي منه في صفحة التحميل. عند اكتمال العدد لا تبدأ تجارب جديدة، وتستمر التجارب القائمة حتى نهايتها.
تشمل التحكم عن بُعد والمشاهدة ونقل الملفات. أما الصوت والكاميرا والوصول غير المراقَب وقلم التوضيح وتسجيل الجلسة والاجتماعات فتُفتح بالاشتراك.
التجربة تجريبية بطبيعتها وتُقدَّم «كما هي» دون التزام بمستوى خدمة؛ ونرحّب ببلاغات الأخطاء من زر «أبلغ عن مشكلة» داخل التطبيق.
تجربة واحدة لكل جهاز، ويحق للمؤسسة إيقاف أي تجربة يُساء استخدامها أو تُكرَّر بطرق تحايلية.

٤. الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء

تُدفع قيمة الاشتراك مقدماً للمدة المتفق عليها، والأسعار بالريال السعودي ولا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة إلا إن نُصّ على ذلك.
ينتهي الاشتراك بانتهاء مدته ولا يُجدّد تلقائياً إلا باتفاق مكتوب.
عند الإلغاء قبل انتهاء المدة، تبقى الخدمة عاملة حتى آخر يوم مدفوع، ولا تُرد المبالغ عن المدة غير المستخدمة إلا وفق ما يقرّه النظام أو بتقدير المؤسسة.

عرض الإطلاق لأول ١٠٠ مشترك

سعر العرض المعلن لكل باقة يسري على السنة الأولى من الاشتراك فقط، لأول ١٠٠ اشتراك مدفوع، ويظهر الباقي منها في صفحة التحميل.
عند تجديد الاشتراك بعد السنة الأولى يُطبَّق السعر العادي المعلن وقت التجديد.
يُحتسب المكان في العرض عند إصدار الاشتراك المدفوع، ولا يُجمع العرض مع خصم أو عرض آخر، ولا يُستبدل بمبلغ نقدي.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول — والأهم في خدمة كهذه

التحكم بجهاز غيرك دون علمه وإذنه ممنوع، وقد يُعرّض فاعله للمسؤولية النظامية. وأنت — كمشترك — مسؤول عن أن يكون لديك تصريح لكل جهاز تتحكم به أو تُتيحه للتحكم.

يُمنع استخدام الخدمة في الوصول غير المصرّح به، أو التجسس، أو الاحتيال، أو انتحال هوية جهة، أو أي عمل يخالف أنظمة المملكة.
يُمنع إعادة بيع الخدمة أو تقديمها كخدمة لطرف ثالث دون اتفاق مكتوب.
يُمنع العبث بآليات الترخيص أو تعديل التطبيق لتجاوز قيود الباقة.

٦. التعليق وإيقاف الخدمة

يجوز للمؤسسة تعليق مفتاح أو اشتراك فوراً عند مخالفة البند الخامس، أو عند عدم السداد، أو عند اشتباه في إساءة استخدام تمسّ أماناً لطرف آخر. ويكون التعليق بإشعار حين يكون ذلك ممكناً.

٧. التوافر والدعم

تُبذل العناية المعتادة لإتاحة الخدمة باستمرار، ولا تُضمن إتاحة دون انقطاع؛ فقد تتوقف لصيانة معلنة أو لأسباب خارج السيطرة (انقطاع شبكة أو عطل عند مزوّد). يُقدَّم الدعم عبر قنوات التواصل المُعلنة في أوقات العمل.

٨. حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي. ولا تتحمّل المؤسسة الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو فوات الأرباح أو فقد البيانات الناتج عن استخدام الخدمة. وفي كل حال، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتها الإجمالية قيمة ما سدّده المشترك خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للحادثة.

٩. الملكية الفكرية

اسم UniqueDesk وشعاره وواجهاته ولوحة الإدارة مملوكة للمؤسسة. ويُبنى التطبيق على برمجية مفتوحة المصدر تخضع لرخصتها، وحقوق أصحابها محفوظة.

١٠. التعديلات

قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط، ويُعلن التحديث في هذه الصفحة بتاريخه. واستمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد النشر يُعدّ قبولاً بالصيغة المحدَّثة.

١١. النظام المطبّق والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص جهاتها القضائية بأي خلاف. للتواصل: واتساب أو عبر بيانات الاتصال في الموقع.

1. The service

UniqueDesk is remote-control and screen-sharing software provided by Unique Net Information Technology Est. on a subscription basis. A subscription covers the application, the rendezvous/relay service, and the subscriber management panel.

2. Subscription and users

A subscription is priced by the number of named users; each user has a personal key and a device allowance stated in the contract. The key is personal to the named user; sharing it with others breaches these terms and may lead to suspension of the key. When the device allowance is exceeded, a further device is refused until an existing device is released or the plan is upgraded.

3. Free trial

The trial starts automatically on first launch for the period shown in the app, with no sign-up and no card. Some features remain for subscribers only, and the app says so. A second trial is not granted to the same device.

It lasts 30 days from first launch and is open to a limited number of devices (200); the places left are shown on the download page. Once they are taken no new trial starts, and running trials continue to their end.
It includes remote control, viewing and file transfer. Audio, camera, unattended access, the annotation pen, session recording and meetings unlock with a subscription.
The trial is by nature a preview, provided “as is” with no service-level commitment; bug reports are welcome through “Report a problem” in the app.
One trial per device; the company may stop any trial that is abused or repeated by evasive means.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Subscription fees are paid in advance for the agreed period. Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. A subscription ends with its period and does not renew automatically unless agreed in writing. On cancellation before the end of the period, the service keeps working until the last paid day; fees for the unused period are not refunded except as required by law or at the sole discretion of the company.

Launch offer for the first 100 subscribers

The offer price listed for each plan applies to the first year of the subscription only, for the first 100 paid subscriptions; the places left are shown on the download page.
Any renewal after the first year is at the regular price listed at renewal time.
A place is taken when the paid subscription is issued; the offer cannot be combined with another discount or offer and has no cash value.

5. Acceptable use — the essential part of a service like this

Controlling someone else's device without their knowledge and consent is prohibited and may expose the actor to legal liability. You — the subscriber — are responsible for having authorisation for every device you control or make controllable. The service must not be used for unauthorised access, surveillance, fraud, impersonation of any entity, or any act contrary to the laws of the Kingdom. Reselling the service or offering it to third parties as a service requires a written agreement. Tampering with the licensing mechanisms or modifying the app to bypass plan limits is prohibited.

6. Suspension

The company may suspend a key or a subscription immediately for a breach of section 5, for non-payment, or on suspicion of misuse that affects another party's safety. Notice is given where practicable.

7. Availability and support

Reasonable care is taken to keep the service continuously available; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed — the service may pause for announced maintenance or for reasons beyond our control (network outages or provider failures). Support is provided through the published channels during business hours.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the service. In any case, its aggregate liability does not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber in the twelve months preceding the event.

9. Intellectual property

The UniqueDesk name, logo, interfaces and management panel belong to the company. The app is built on open-source software governed by its own licence, whose authors' rights are reserved.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated; updates are announced on this page with their date. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Contact: WhatsApp or the contact details on the website.
