تطبيق UniqueDesk لا يُنشئ حساباً لك. ما نحتفظ به مرتبط بمعرّف جهازك أو بمفتاح الترخيص، ويمكنك طلب حذفه في أي وقت.

خطوات الطلب

افتح UniqueDesk وانسخ معرّف الجهاز الظاهر في الشاشة الرئيسية (ومفتاح الترخيص إن كان لديك).
أرسله مع عبارة «طلب حذف بيانات» إلى info@uniquenet.sa أو عبر واتساب.
نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر من صاحب الجهاز أو من مسؤول الاشتراك، ثم نؤكد لك الحذف خلال ثلاثين يوماً.

ما يُحذف

سجل الجهاز: المعرّف والرقم الداخلي للعتاد، اسم الجهاز، النظام، إصدار التطبيق، عنوان الإنترنت وآخر ظهور.
سجل الجلسات: أوقات البدء والانتهاء والمدة.
ربط الجهاز بمفتاح الترخيص.

ما يبقى ولماذا

بيانات الفواتير والاشتراك (اسم المشترك ومفتاح الترخيص): حتى اثني عشر شهراً بعد انتهاء الاشتراك، لأغراض الفوترة والتدقيق التي يفرضها النظام.
النسخ الاحتياطية: تُستبدل تلقائياً، وتُحفظ آخر ثلاثين نسخة فقط.

لا نحتفظ بمحتوى الجلسات (الشاشة، الملفات، ما تكتبه) أصلاً، فلا شيء منه ليُحذف. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

The UniqueDesk app does not create an account for you. What we keep is tied to your device ID or to a licence key, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Open UniqueDesk and copy the device ID shown on the home screen (and your licence key, if you have one).
Send it with the words “data deletion request” to info@uniquenet.sa or by WhatsApp.
We check that the request comes from the owner of the device or the subscription administrator, then confirm the deletion to you within thirty days.

What is deleted

The device record: device ID and internal hardware number, device name, OS, app version, IP address and last-seen time.
The session log: start and end times and duration.
The link between the device and a licence key.

What is kept, and why

Invoicing and subscription records (the subscriber's name and licence key): for up to twelve months after the subscription ends, for the invoicing and audit purposes the law requires.
Backups: replaced automatically; only the last thirty copies are kept.

We never keep session content (screen, files, what you type), so there is none of it to delete. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
